If your roof is leaking, it’s critical to have it fixed right away. We have two repair crews to service Greenville, Spartanburg, and surrounding areas and our repair team can make on the spot assessments and do repairs right away.

Because roof leaks are unpredictable, Gilstrap Roofing does not warranty repairs. A leak may be coming from an area that is undetectable without tearing off part of the roof or another issue may develop over time in the same area. We do offer one free return trip if the initial repair is not successful, and the cost of any minor repairs $250 – $350 is deductible from the cost of replacement if the replacement is completed within six months time.
